    William Dillard is a 6’3” seventh-grader that won’t graduate until 2018. And recently, while on a fastbreak, he performed a windmill dunk.

    The CP3 Rising Stars is a series of camps that take place throughout the US giving budding middle school basketball stars the chance to develop their skills with the best in the country. It also put them in one place for collegiate recruiters to get their hooks into ‘em.

    It is clear that William Dillard is talented. It just may be that he’s even a step above that because a windmill dunk is hard enough and doing it at 6’3” is no easy feat. Knowing that the one who did it is 13 years old should scare you.
