    In Rugby, many teams perform what is called a “Haka” before their matches. It’s an ancestral war cry that comes from the Maori tribe in New Zealand. The traditional war cry was used to intimidate opponents but also to welcome and honor distinguished guests.

    When Beyonce’s tour stopped in New Zealand the local concert crew welcomed her with a Haka. However, Beyonce, not wanting to just be a passive observer, got in on the Haka with her own and returned the enthusiasm.
