There’s no doubt that Matt Kemp is one sexy, talented brother (am I right ladies?!), but after hearing about his latest moving post-game gesture, we can now add ultimate do-gooder to the Los Angeles Dodgers star’s list of charming attributes.

Joshua Jones, a cancer stricken Kemp fan, and his father got the surprise of a lifetime when the outfielder made his way to their seats after the Dodgers vs. Giants game Sunday night. At first, it seemed like Kemp just wanted to say hi and sign a baseball, but onlookers began to lose it when Kemp began to strip himself of his hat, jersey and cleats to give to the boy as a gift. Jones, who is unable to speak due to his illness, looked on silently in awe.

“It’s just something I felt probably would have cheered him up a little bit,” Kemp said. “Help him out a little bit. I just did it. Kemp had no idea the incident was being taped, but we’re sure glad someone was able to capture the beautiful moment. Watch the touching video below.
